2. Our services2. हमारी सेवाएँ

We arrange and perform traditional Vedic pujas, anushthans and related rituals in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, according to the procedure laid down in the shastras for each ritual. Rituals may be attended in person at Ujjain or joined remotely by live video, where that format is suitable for the ritual concerned.हम उज्जैन, मध्य प्रदेश में परंपरागत वैदिक पूजा, अनुष्ठान एवं संबंधित कर्म, प्रत्येक अनुष्ठान हेतु शास्त्रों में निर्धारित विधि के अनुसार सम्पन्न कराते हैं। अनुष्ठान में उज्जैन आकर प्रत्यक्ष सम्मिलित हुआ जा सकता है अथवा लाइव वीडियो द्वारा दूर से जुड़ा जा सकता है, जहाँ वह स्वरूप उस अनुष्ठान हेतु उपयुक्त हो।

3. Enquiries and booking3. पूछताछ एवं बुकिंग

• An enquiry made through the form, WhatsApp or telephone is a request for information, not a confirmed booking.फॉर्म, व्हाट्सएप अथवा टेलीफोन द्वारा की गई पूछताछ जानकारी हेतु अनुरोध है, पुष्ट बुकिंग नहीं।
• A booking is confirmed only after a conversation in which the puja, the date and muhurat, and the dakshina have been agreed.बुकिंग तभी पुष्ट होती है जब बातचीत में पूजा, तिथि एवं मुहूर्त, तथा दक्षिणा पर सहमति हो जाए।
• We may decline or discontinue a booking where the request is unsuitable, where the details given are inaccurate, or where the conduct of the person booking is disrespectful to the ritual, the pandit or the premises.हम किसी बुकिंग को अस्वीकार अथवा बंद कर सकते हैं यदि अनुरोध अनुपयुक्त हो, दिया गया विवरण अशुद्ध हो, अथवा बुकिंग कराने वाले का आचरण अनुष्ठान, पंडित या स्थल के प्रति अनादरपूर्ण हो।

4. Dakshina and payments4. दक्षिणा एवं भुगतान

• No payment is taken on this website. The website does not process cards, UPI or any online transaction.इस वेबसाइट पर कोई भुगतान नहीं लिया जाता। वेबसाइट कार्ड, यूपीआई अथवा किसी ऑनलाइन लेन-देन का संसाधन नहीं करती।
• The dakshina applicable to your puja is explained to you in full before you decide, and covers what is stated at that time.आपकी पूजा पर लागू दक्षिणा निर्णय लेने से पूर्व पूर्ण रूप से बता दी जाती है, तथा उसमें वही सम्मिलित होता है जो उस समय बताया गया हो।
• Where samagri, special offerings, courier of prasad or travel are not included, this will be stated to you before the booking is confirmed.जहाँ सामग्री, विशेष अर्पण, प्रसाद कूरियर अथवा यात्रा सम्मिलित न हो, यह बुकिंग पुष्ट होने से पूर्व आपको बता दिया जाएगा।
• We will never ask you for an OTP, a card PIN, your bank password or a screen-sharing session. If anyone claiming to represent us does so, do not comply and please inform us at once.हम आपसे कभी भी ओटीपी, कार्ड पिन, बैंक पासवर्ड अथवा स्क्रीन-शेयरिंग नहीं माँगेंगे। यदि हमारा प्रतिनिधि बताकर कोई ऐसा करे, तो उसका पालन न करें और तुरंत हमें सूचित करें।

5. Dates, muhurat and rescheduling5. तिथि, मुहूर्त एवं पुनर्निर्धारण

Ritual dates are suggested according to the panchang and the requirements of the puja. Where a temple, ghat or other site imposes its own timings, crowd restrictions or closures — particularly during festivals, Simhastha or administrative orders — the schedule may need to change. We will inform you as early as we can and agree a suitable alternative.अनुष्ठान की तिथियाँ पंचांग एवं पूजा की आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार सुझाई जाती हैं। जहाँ मंदिर, घाट अथवा अन्य स्थल अपने समय, भीड़ संबंधी प्रतिबंध या बंदी लागू करें — विशेषकर पर्वों, सिंहस्थ अथवा प्रशासनिक आदेशों के दौरान — वहाँ कार्यक्रम बदलना पड़ सकता है। हम यथाशीघ्र सूचित करेंगे तथा उपयुक्त विकल्प पर सहमति बनाएँगे।

6. Information you provide6. आपके द्वारा दी गई जानकारी

The sankalp is taken using the names, gotra and birth details you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of these details. We cannot repeat or reverse a ritual free of charge because incorrect information was supplied to us.संकल्प आपके द्वारा दिए गए नाम, गोत्र एवं जन्म विवरण से लिया जाता है। इन विवरणों की शुद्धता का उत्तरदायित्व आपका है। अशुद्ध जानकारी दिए जाने के कारण किसी अनुष्ठान को नि:शुल्क दोहराया अथवा वापस नहीं किया जा सकता।

7. Online participation7. ऑनलाइन सहभागिता

Where you join by live video, the quality of the connection depends on internet services at both ends, which are outside our control. A brief interruption to the video does not affect the validity of the ritual, which is performed in full regardless. Where a live link fails entirely, we will share a recording instead.लाइव वीडियो द्वारा जुड़ने पर कनेक्शन की गुणवत्ता दोनों ओर की इंटरनेट सेवाओं पर निर्भर करती है, जो हमारे नियंत्रण में नहीं है। वीडियो में क्षणिक व्यवधान से अनुष्ठान की वैधता प्रभावित नहीं होती, जो हर स्थिति में पूर्ण विधि से सम्पन्न किया जाता है। लाइव लिंक पूर्णतः विफल होने पर हम रिकॉर्डिंग साझा करेंगे।

8. Photographs and video8. फोटो एवं वीडियो

Photographs and video of your ritual are shared with you after completion. We may also wish to use such material publicly, for example on this website or in advertising. We will not publish material in which you or your family are identifiable without your permission. You may withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us, and we will remove the material from our own channels.आपके अनुष्ठान की फोटो एवं वीडियो समापन के बाद आपके साथ साझा की जाती हैं। हम ऐसी सामग्री का सार्वजनिक उपयोग भी करना चाह सकते हैं, जैसे इस वेबसाइट पर अथवा विज्ञापन में। जिस सामग्री में आप अथवा आपका परिवार पहचाना जा सके, उसे हम आपकी अनुमति के बिना प्रकाशित नहीं करेंगे। आप यह अनुमति कभी भी संपर्क करके वापस ले सकते हैं, और हम वह सामग्री अपने माध्यमों से हटा देंगे।

Pujas are acts of faith performed according to Hindu tradition. We undertake to perform the ritual sincerely and by the correct procedure. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result in marriage, health, career, finance, litigation or any other matter. 11. Limitation of liability11. दायित्व की सीमा

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any booking is limited to the dakshina actually paid to us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur in connection with attending a puja.विधि द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक, किसी भी बुकिंग के संबंध में हमारा कुल दायित्व उस बुकिंग हेतु हमें वास्तव में दी गई दक्षिणा तक सीमित है। हम अप्रत्यक्ष अथवा पारिणामिक हानि, अथवा पूजा में सम्मिलित होने के संबंध में आपके द्वारा किए गए यात्रा, आवास या अन्य व्यय हेतु उत्तरदायी नहीं हैं।

12. Governing law12. लागू विधि

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.ये शर्तें भारत की विधियों द्वारा शासित हैं। कोई भी विवाद उज्जैन, मध्य प्रदेश के न्यायालयों के अनन्य क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन होगा।
